The Castle isYours

To ensure the comfort and privacy of our guests, The Concord Exchange Building only reserves the venue for one event at a time. The castle will be yours from 12:00 PM until the clock strikes 12:00 AM. For those moments that extend beyond midnight, additional time is available at $200 per hour, so that the party can go on as long as you choose.

Your reservation opens the doors to a collection of our most distinguished spaces: the grand Ballroom for your main event, the Balcony, the Gold Room, the Martini Lounge, and two dedicated Suites for preparation and relaxation, setting the stage for a seamless and memorable day.

“Such a cool building! Love the architecture and decor!”

— Melissa

“This spot was truly unique for a wedding! The venue was classic and really lent itself to a Halloween themed wedding! The women’s bathroom was perfect for hair and makeup stations! Big bonus were the rooms to rent so you can just go upstairs after a long evening! Thank you for all the memories!”

— Molly
